AIRISE provides services to support SMEs in the uptake of AI in their manufacturing environment and these are delivered from consortium partners to the SMEs that have been granted support in an experiment through the open call process.
The services have different characteristics, in a different status or technology readiness and maturity.
With different availabilities for the open calls and, of course, with different technical requirements that the SMEs need to accomplish to deploy the services.
Services are grouped by areas (Design, production, supply chain…), technologies and open calls.
The different manufacturing areas are:
Design and Engineering
- AI Services to support engineering and improve process and product design.
Process monitoring and control
- AI Services to improve manufacturing process improving manufacturing KPIs (quality, efficiency, speed, energy consumption…).
Manufacturing Operations
- AI Services to support complementary manufacturing activities like maintenance, programming…
Production Chain
- Similar AI Services to area#2, but in this case focused on the process, the production line and the plant
Supply Chain
- AI Services to improve logistics, warehouses and relations with the supply chain
Training Services
- Services to create awareness of the use of AI in manufacturing.
